Website and application
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and visible keyboard focus.
- Large touch targets and text that can zoom without losing content.
- High-contrast surfaces with non-color status labels.
- Reduced-motion support.
- Important terms remain real text rather than text baked only into images.
Check-in calls
Check-ins use short spoken prompts and keypad responses. A simplified button-only mode is available for people who benefit from fewer choices and slower prompts.
A working telephone capable of receiving calls and sending keypad tones is required for the phone-call path.
